STORE POLICY

ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS on books and patterns.

Receipt must accompany all returns. No return will be allowed

without the receipt.

Needles may be returned within 3 days of purchase. Package

must be in same condition as purchased.

Yarn may be returned within 45 days of purchase. Yarn must

be in re-sellable condition, at the discretion of Knitwits, including

lack of odor, and label attached. Yarn that has been wound

into a ball will not be accepted for return.

Refund for returns will be given in the same form of the original

payment. I.e., cash for cash, credit for credit. If payment was made with a check, refund will be given in the form of cash.  If additional items are purchased at the time of the return, the refund will be taken from the total purchase first.

A $25.00 fee will be charged for checks returned for insufficient

funds.
